Common name: Small Striped Butterfly or Common Swordtail.
Location: Tropical Africa.

Fun Fact: The long tails on the hindwings of many swordtail butterflies are adaptive structures that help reduce the chances of being eaten by predators. Research shows that the tails often attract attacks directed away from vital parts of the body.
